CaptainRadiator is a superhero who lives in Tokyo, and someone that Sam and friends meet and interact with on various occasions in the story of season 2, Tokyo Soul. His super power is producing radiation, which causes him to generally wear a head to toe radiation shielding suit - not to keep the radiation out, but to keep it in and not irradiate his surroundings.
He was a friend of Kuma.
